With curly hair, it’s best to make sections. 4 sections are great for those with at least 5 inches of hair or more. Apply the necessary amount of shampoo to your hair and massage in. There’s been a trend to use a shampoo brush and I’m absolutely here for it. Dirt and build up on the scalp has a higher chance of being removed.
What I love about the Moroccan Lava Clay Cleansing Shampoo is that i know my hair is CLEAN. It reminded me of my first time using Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Shampoo. My curls and coils responded similarly. They were so defined. So clean! This is my go to shampoo for resetting or detoxing. It is made with Moroccan Lava Clay...another name for Ghassoul Clay. The Clay is removing the impurities from your hair. However, because it’s so potent, this is not meant for frequent use. 1-2 times a month is enough.
Apply conditioner in the same fashion you would the shampoo. To ensure saturation throughout the head use the shampoo brush or detangling brush and comb through. Each section is twisted once completed.
All products in this collection are my favorites, but the conditioner has a special place on the mantle. The thickness and potency of the Moroccan Lava Clay Revitalizing Conditioner is phenomenal. You will immediately feel a softness and bounce in your hair after applying.
3. Leave In/Detangle
Generously spray into the hair. Since my hair has been sectioned while I conditioned, combing through this would be a breeze.
The Moroccan Leave In and Detangler is a wonderful addition to the family. It’s perfect for everyday use whether it be for moisturizing, detangling, sealing, or whatever you feel.
